Poster Session
Poster Guidelines

Please note the following details for the poster dimensions The poster should be in the portrait format, with the following dimensions: Poster Size- 3 ft. (width) x 4 ft. (height) or 36 inches (width) x 48 inches (height) Format: Portrait

Any other format such as landscape will not be accepted for display.

The abstract should not exceed 500 words.

Venue of poster session - PSB Seminar Hall

Please be mindful of appropriate permissions while presenting copyright images.

Please be mindful of prospective journal policies before presenting unpublished data. Responsibility for the data rests on the presenter.

The necessary poster stationaries (Clips, Tapes, Curtains etc.) will be provided from IISER TVM.

Contributed Talk

Guidelines
Please note the following instructions for contributed oral presentations:

Duration: Each contributed talk is allocated 12 minutes for presentation followed by 3 minutes for Q&A. Please ensure your presentation fits within the time limit.

Presentation Format:
-
Prepare your slides in 16:9 widescreen format.
-
Use PowerPoint (.ppt/.pptx) or PDF format.
-
A presentation laptop will be provided; bring your slides on a USB drive.
-
If you prefer to use your own laptop, inform the technical team in advance.

Venue: Talks will be held at the PSB Seminar Hall, IISER TVM.

Abstract Submission:
